Six New Posters Promote Lake Management

As part of it's educational campaign to improve management of area lakes, the Iron River Pike Chain of Lakes Association, Inc. developed six posters focusing on issues identified as part of a two-year Lake Management Planning Grant. The posters were developed in cooperation with Graphic Design students at Duluth Business University. Our plan is to have many people see them when the visit the Iron River, Wisconsin area.  The posters are being distributed for display at area resorts, restaurants, sports shops, campgrounds, government facilities and to cabin owners.  The goal is to promote lake management by keeping important lake issues and solutions in front of all users using visually stimulating materials (Enticing vs Preaching).  Click the thumbnails below to take a look and see what you think.  For more information about the posters and their availability to other groups or private individuals write to: Iron River Pike Chain of Lakes Association Inc. P.O. Box 602, Iron River, WI  54847.
